High vac is an induced voltage detecting and measuring device , key usage would be to ensure measuring zero induced voltages post grounding at the work site apart from various other contributions by the kit.Need of the HourAlthough induced voltages at times may not be seen as problematic, personal safety should be never taken for granted.
